Congrats to the Nines of Kerry team who have qualified for the final after defeating Castlegregory 3 1/2 to 1 1/2 in Ballyheigue on Sunday. The format is 3 mixed scotch foursomes, 1 ladies fourball and 1 mens fourball. John Barrett and Ann Leahy won 2 & 1. Joseph O'Connor and Ena O'Brien won 3 & 2. Jamsey McGrath and Marie McMahon lost 4 & 3. Lorraine Canty and Kathleen Gilbride won 6 & 5. Declan McCann and John Lohan were called in and were 3 up playing the 15th. The final takes place in Castlegregory on Sept 26th against either Ardfert or Ross.
