On Sunday we held an 18 Hole V Par competition sponsored by Sean Hussey Tralee, and Rosses Supermarket Ballyduff.

Next Sundays Competition is an 18 Hole single Stableford sponsored by The Basket Tralee. This is the final chance to make the top 30 in GOTY for the Master Classic on Oct 4th. Timesheet available online until 9pm Friday. Draw for partners will take place Friday night and will be available on masterscoreboard.

Current GOTY standing not available at time of going to print.

The Nines of Kerry final between Ballyheigue and Ardfert will take place in Castlegregory on Saturday Sept 26th at 1pm. The format of the competition is 3 Mixed Scotch Foursomes, 1 Mens Fourball and 1 Ladies Fourball.

Congrats to the Nines of Kerry team who have qualified for the final after defeating Castlegregory 3 1/2 to 1 1/2 in Ballyheigue on Sunday. The format is 3 mixed scotch foursomes, 1 ladies fourball and 1 mens fourball. John Barrett and Ann Leahy won 2 & 1. Joseph O'Connor and Ena O'Brien won 3 & 2. Jamsey McGrath and Marie McMahon lost 4 & 3. Lorraine Canty and Kathleen Gilbride won 6 & 5. Declan McCann and John Lohan were called in and were 3 up playing the 15th. The final takes place in Castlegregory on Sept 26th against either Ardfert or Ross.

The Lady Presidents Prize to the Men has been moved to August 2nd as the Nines of Kerry Team are playing Parknasilla next Sunday in Ballyheigue at 3pm.
For both the Ladys Presidents Prize to the Men (Aug 2nd) and the Presidents Prize (Aug 9th) there will be a draw for playing partners. The draw for partners will take place the Friday night before the competition.
